Dear Lovely People,

Your personal details are safe with me. 

Any information held, such as email, phone number and address, will be password protected and is not accessible by any third party except to keep in line with current government guidelines. This means, should I test positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of your treatment I am legally obliged to share your contact details (either phone number or email) with the NHS Test and Trace system. Vice versa, if you test positive, they will ask you to share my contact details with them.

Consultation forms, if printed out, are locked safely. For insurance reasons these need to be held for ten years but will then be permanently destroyed or deleted.

No information will be passed on to any third party except if required by law.

I will not contact you for promotional reasons unless you have given the clear consent to do so. Otherwise your contact details will only be used for massage appointments requested by you and in relation to your booking.
